Why can't I get a refund for my iphone 5?
So a few days ago, I dropped my iphone in my pool to see if it was waterproof. Because it's only a week old, it's still under warranty and I wanted to take it to the Apple store and get a new one. But, my friend told me that if it breaks from water damage, then the warranty is voided. Is this true? Why? Also, how can I get a refund for my iphone?

First of all, I'm sorry to tell you but what you did is stupid, we don't drop a 900$ machine into the water to see if it is waterproof, we check if it is waterproof first and we definitely don't throw it to the water, now it is true that you won't get a refund, Apple can only give you a new one or repair it if there's a problem at the software of the phone, if I buy a new iPhone and drop it off the balcony, I'll go to the store and I'll be kicked out of it, so the best thing you can do is save up some money and buy a new one.
The iphone was never intended for water and water damages electronics… Water damage voids warrenty… Your out of luck

So I attempted to buy an iphone 6s plus on eBay and I was trying to pay trough PayPal but for some reason the payment didn't go through so I sent the money directly to the seller through send and request. Before I actually sent it I contacted the seller and she responded every time, she even told she would send me the tracking number but anyways I don't wanna be too long… I'm now realizing it was a scam so how do I get a refund from paypal?

- I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller? I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?
