How to get an unlocked iPhone cheaper?
If I buy online in the apple store a locked iphone and I use that iPhone in some other country such as Albania, I jailbreak it and then unlock the iPhone with some app from cydia… Does this mean that I will get an unlocked phone with the price of a locked one? Is there any way to get an unlocked iPhone cheaper than 699$ for example?

As far as where to get an unlocked iPhone cheaper than buying direct from Apple, you can buy a used one on eBay.
- Would the iPhone 4s get cheaper when the 5s and 5c come out? I'm thinking of buying the iPhone 4s but I don't wanna buy it if it gets cheaper a week later. Would it get much cheaper when they do come out?

Also, how much would the monthly charge be if I was to buy an iPhone 5 with its plan at Verizon?
