How to get ios 7 on iPhone 4?
My version of iPhone is 6.1.3, and I want to get ios 7 early. But I can't because of what version I have. How do I update to 6.1.4?

- Is it too late to get ios 7 on my iPhone 4s? I'm still on ios 6 and don't want to get 8? I didn't really care for the new look of ios 7 and never updated the software on my iPhone 4s, but now that ios 8 is out, I wish I had updated to 7 while I still could.
