Its not available yet. You can download within a week and when it ia availiable to download just go into your settings and and go to general and go to software update
Go to settings and look for the part that say about phone something like that then click it and there should be a update choice just tap it.*Note it will take a long time
Go into Settings>General>Software Update. On this page, a message with the iOS 7 update will appear if your device is compatible with the update and it will show a button for you to download and install it. It may take up to 30 minutes to download depending on your internet speed.

- Updating jail broken iphone4 to iOS 7? My iPhone is jail broken (5.1.1) and yea sure it was fun but as you all know iOS 7 can out today and I would like to get it. By installing it through my phone and not my laptop. I know it will unjailbreak my phone (wich I want) but I heard it can get stuck with issues etc and would like to know what could possibly happen. And if someone has ever done this to inform me what happened. My friend said it bricks your phone but that happened like 8 months ago to him.

- My iphone4 is disabled like forever, i want to get back on it but i don't know how? I've locked myself out of my iphone, so now when i get on it, it says "Your iphone has been disabled." So i slide the bar thingy at the bottom and it brings up the emergency call pad. I honestly have to tried to restore it many times, it fails at restoring, it will restore for alittle bit then just stop. I need help. I want on my iphone4 again.
