How to get iWork for free on old iPhone?

It's NOT about the age of your iPhone so much as the version of iOS installed.So, which version does your iPhone currently use?
You should have upgraded from your current iOS to the latest version, iOS 7, and then check on the iTunes Store, to re-install iWork, or the individual Modules, as needed.
TIP: Whether iWork is free or NOT free, depends on Apple's specific qualifying requirements, and this is out of your hands.
