How to get my apps and music on my iPhone back after restore?
Well your music should be on your itunes, so all you should have to do is sync it with your itunes again to get the music. When you plug in your iphone to your computer it should pop up in itunes as a plug in on the left hand side. When it pops up you should be able to click it & the phone & the settings will apear in the itunes window. One of the boxes on the top will say "apps" & you should be able to sync them to your iphone without any problems.
Connect iPhone to computer, open iTunes, drag everything to iPhone icon, finish
Did you purchase them from iTunes? If yes, you can get them back.

(I had to disable FindMyiPhone in the process). Little did I know that it would be lost/stolen 2 weeks later.
