How to get my iPhone 5 back? - 1
I recently bought an iPhone 5 on thursday, the 15th. That day, I also set up AppleCare Plus which has many benefits to get a new iPhone if one breaks. So I went to the airport last night and my iphone (supposedly) dropped through a hole in my backpack and is now lost. I also set up Find My iPhone in case this very thing happened, but it says my iPhone is "offline" and in order to track it, it needs to be connected to the internet. So I have basically lost my phone now. Does AppleCare Plus cover lost iPhones or at least provide a cheaper solution to getting a new one?

I doubt if they would cover lost… Broken yes… But no one is just handing out free phones because you said you lost it.
You may read your AppleCare Plus contract careful to see whether such case is involved. Better try to locate it with Find my iPhone now and then to see if it gets online again.
If your telephone is stolen by someone, notify your service provider and give them both your mobile phone number and IMEI number. You can prevent a thief from using your mobile phone subscription just by calling your phone company and telling them you lost your phone. If you have a SIM in your phone, you can also lock your phone. Your phone will require the SIM PIN code regularly to prevent fraudulent use. The SIM will block any service if the PIN is wrongly entered three times.
If your phone has a SIM, you can also prevent the thief from using your stolen phone with his own SIM. To do this though you need to know your phone's unique identification number, called the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity). If you can also give this number to your phone company, they can block the handset from being used with a different SIM.
Be more careful and apply some free anti-theft app like iLostFinder in the future. It will take pics of the thief when she/he tries to open your device and then send the pics to your email. It can also display a message telling the one who got your device to return it to you.

- If i restore my iphone via ITunes, everything will be put back on it from back up? I want to restore my iphone due to some problems i'm having but i wanna make sure i won't be losing anything. I backed it up to itunes, so where do i go from here? Do i do a factory reset and when its done, will it give me the option to use backup to put everything on my phone? I'm having a hard time understanding this and i don't wanna lose anything
