You would have it repaired by a local cell phone repair shop. These shops are all over thee place these days. Frankly it's kind of foolish not to. Your typical iPhone is often worth a few hundred dollars. By not getting it fixed and selling it you are basically throwing out a significant amount of money.

Search for a local private iPhone repair company near you and get your iPhone fixed. It will be cheaper than an Apple fix.
