How to get to my body into shape?
I honestly hate my body now. I used to love my figure, I had big hips, big curves and a big chest, my stomachs always been quite flat, although I'm a few pounds over for my age, 13, I was happy with myself weighing 9.7, because it didn't show on my body. Anyway, I went on holiday, and ate quite a lot out there, came back and I hadn't put any weight on, but I'd notice, my curves had faded and my stomach had started to stick out more, my thighs are completely massive now, I hate my figure so much now. I'm aiming to get down to 9 stone in the next year, I don't know if that's too short a period of time or too long as I've never had to diet or do any fitness work outs before. But I've downloaded a few fitness apps on my iPhone to make a start, but what are the best ways to get fit without spending lots of money? I want my curves and toned stomach back.
Just take up jogging 20-30 mins a day. If thats too hard then start by walking fast until you can slowly work in jogging.
To be brunt you are 13 years old, You should not be worrying about losing weight as this can lead down a slippery slope. Instead concentrate on being active, Joining clubs that involve high intensity training or doing stuff you enjoy outdoors. Keep active and i can assure you that your fitness levels will increase and best of all you will have fun.
