Rumors say pangu and taig are probably waiting for Apple to see if iOS 9.3 had any issues in the coming days to see if they'll make iOS 9.3.1, if not they'll probably release a jailbreak. The thing is their exploits are really valuable and Apple will patch them up on the next iOS version, so they don't want to release something that'll be patched soon.
I'm waiting for a jailbreak too, keep reading jailbreak news daily, one of these days they'll probably release it. Don't believe websites that say they have one right now, they're all scams.
