How to hide carrier name on iphone 4s ios 6 without a jailbreak?
I have red pocket mobile and i can't stand how long the carrier name is. I tried ibackup bot but i guess it doesn't support ios 6 yet. So does anybody know how to hide the carrier name without jailbreaking it?
AFAIK, without jailbreaking, you have three possible options:
Take out the SIM card, thus changing it to No Carrier
Switch carriers, to one with a shorter name.AT&T and T-Mobile and Verizon are nice and short.
Put a piece of tape over that part of the screen.
Or you could just get used to it.
Not gonna happen.
