How to install app in iPhone 3G 4.1ios?

IPhone 3G only supports versions upto iOS 4.2. Unfortunately many developers have remove support for any version older than 4.3… Even 4.3 is obselete… I wud recommend buy new iPhone

If you meant an app that likely requires 4.3 or higher then there's nothing you can do since the 3G only goes up to 4.2.1.

First create an Apple ID. Then go to the appstore on your phone and select the app you want. If it is free select free and it'll change to install. Now it'll prompt to enter the password. Enter the password and select install. Then the app will be installed on your Phone

You will have to create an Apple ID through iTunes (free for download) first and this will give you full access to the App Store. To download you can either connect your phone to your PC and open iTunes/App Store or use the pre-installed app on your device to pick the apps you want. Here is a video to guide you;
