Click on app store icon, select any app. If it's free there will be a "FREE" button next to the app icon.press it once, it will change into "INSTALL", press it again and Voila!
if it's a paid app, the button next to the app icon will tell you the price like "0.99$", press on that and it will turn into "BUY APP", click on that and app store will ask you for your apple login password. After you enter it, your credit card will be charged for the shown amount and the app will install.
