How to install viber in my iPhone 3. 8 GB?

There's no iPhone 3. Had to be the 3G you are referring to since the 3GS can update to the latest iOS version.
Nothing you could do. It requires a higher iOS version than the 3G is capable of running.
First, you have to be more specific about your problem. But from the info that you have given here, I'd say that all you need is YOUR app store account, and internet connection.
you'll open the store app from your phone, search for viber. Then when it comes up, just tap install.
it'll ask you then about your store account password… Provide it and wait for it to install.
Go on the app store type viber and click on it tap download and it will ask you for your apple password. Type your password and click ok. It should start to download! Hope this helped!
- Why did vodafone charge my iphone viber calls? I'm using my iphone 3 given to me by my sister in HK. I insert a contract vodafone sim card in this phone and everything works ok, except for the viber calls. Vodafone charged me about £50 for a 45-min call recently. They insisted that it was an international call and not a viber call! Now I dare not use the viber apps anymore. I don't know if the phone had been locked in HK but I didn't have to unlock it in order to use my vodafone sim card with it.
