How to make a four way phone call on an iPhone 5 iOS 8.1?

I can make a three way call by merging two calls but it doesn't allow me to add another call after that.

I don't believe that is possible. I used to own an iPhone 4S. I was only able to make a 3 way.

What words can I make from a four digit pin code? What words can I possibly make from a four number pin code like on an iPad, iPod, or iPhone. I was going to make a new password, but I can't think of a word to go along with it so I can remember it easily.
My iPhone screen isn't dimming when i make a phone call or take one. Why? I've recently have noticed that my iphone 4 isn't dimming when i press my ear against it. I'm not too sure why that is. IPHONE-when I make a phone call I can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear me? When I make a phone call I can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear me. Also, when i try to put it on speaker, it goes off speaker in a couple seconds. I can't even hear the dial tone or the voice box if a person doesn't answer. - my volume is all the way up - i don't have my phone on do not disturb or airplane mode
