How to make FaceTime ring on all devices?
I want to be able to ring my own iPad which is signed in on my one and only apple ID from my iphone and also be able to ring my iPhone from my iPad, but also when someone rings my number I want all devices to sound so that I can pick up the FaceTime call with any device of my chose.
Well sign into the Apple ID across the devices & check the settings to ensure that it can be reached using the same credential, like either the phone number or the email address.
- Will facetime ring on both devices? I've already got an ipad 2 and i'm getting an iphone soon but was wondering if someone calls me on facetime will it ring on both devices?
- Why would Apple make FaceTime only compatible with iOS devices? It doesn't make sense what if someone has an Android! Then FaceTime is useless to the person with the iPhone who wants to video chat with the person with the Android. Someone please tell me why Apple did this, I know it's a stupid question but its bugging me
- Setting a ring tone on IPhone 4S for all emergency text messages? I have an Iphone 4S and I want to set a custom ring tone for all emergency text messages I receive. These text messages come from a different number each and every time. (ie. 777203777562, 777… ). All text messages start with "alert@erie.gov".Is there any program or any way where I can create a ring tone for all these numbers without typing them all in?
- My iphone 5 will only vibrate and not ring. Yes, the volume is all the way up. I checked. I went into settings and choose a ringtone? All this phone does is vibrate. Any ideas on what the problem can be. I have tried turning the power off and restarting the phone still only vibrates and does not ring. It worked.
