Will facetime ring on both devices?
I've already got an ipad 2 and i'm getting an iphone soon but was wondering if someone calls me on facetime will it ring on both devices?
It does if the email address you setup on both is configured the same, I had a friend call facetime via my email address and it called on both devices, you can only connect 1.
Yes it will depending on how it is configured. You need to go into Settings > Facetime and select Receive Facetime at the email address/phone number associated with those devices.
- Why would Apple make FaceTime only compatible with iOS devices? It doesn't make sense what if someone has an Android! Then FaceTime is useless to the person with the iPhone who wants to video chat with the person with the Android. Someone please tell me why Apple did this, I know it's a stupid question but its bugging me
- What piece of music is the ring-tone from the iPhone 4 named Minuet? I've been looking for it everywhere but can't seem to find it by just searching Minuet, seeing as there are 50 million songs with the same name, thought someone might recognise it!
- Water damage and opening iPhone 5c both puts it out of warranty, so do both? If having water damage in your iPhone 5c means you aren't covered by warranty, is it acceptable to open it and try to fix it as opening it also means it isn't covered by warranty. Therefore if you can't fix it yourself, apple can still take it out of warranty?
- Setting a ring tone on IPhone 4S for all emergency text messages? I have an Iphone 4S and I want to set a custom ring tone for all emergency text messages I receive. These text messages come from a different number each and every time. (ie. 777203777562, 777… ). All text messages start with "alert@erie.gov".Is there any program or any way where I can create a ring tone for all these numbers without typing them all in?
