How to put that brightness on picture without camwow?

I don't have an Iphone but I really like this effect on pictures. I want to take a picture and be able to transform it with that blueish: &w=480&h=640&ei=_4eDUKbZCdPU0gH2-YCQAg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=678&vpy=154&dur=5188&hovh=259&hovw=194&tx=122&ty=161&sig=103949109774412914468&page=1&tbnh=110&tbnw=74&start=0&ndsp=23&ved=1t:429, r:20, s:0, i:133&biw=1024&bih=553

  • Why won't camwow work on my iphone 4s? I updated the software to IOS 6 an now whenever Intake a picture on camwow it saves as a black screen with the watermark 'camwow for the iphone' in the bottom right hand corner. Anyone else have the same problem an has fixed it? Iv deleted the app an re downloaded it and iv switched my phone off an on but nothings working!
  • Why do I look different on Camwow compared to my iPhone Camera? When I take a picture on camwow (front camera) I see how I see myself reflected but when I take a picture of myself on my iphone camera (front) I can see it being flipped over and my face looks completely jumbled up and wonky, why do I look different on both?
  • Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture? I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me. (which I can see he ruined the moment for me.) P.S. Yes, I like to take pictures with other cosplayers.
  • Picture editing experts: How do I edit a picture like this? I'm looking for a program or editing software (or iPhone app) to edit a picture like these two. And if you guys do know the program, do you also know what individual settings it takes to edit like this? Like sharpness, etc.
