Picture editing experts: How do I edit a picture like this?
I'm looking for a program or editing software (or iPhone app) to edit a picture like these two.
And if you guys do know the program, do you also know what individual settings it takes to edit like this? Like sharpness, etc.

- Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture? I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me. (which I can see he ruined the moment for me.) P.S. Yes, I like to take pictures with other cosplayers.
- What iphone app is used to edit a picture like this? It's kinda like whitagram, but instead of just getting a square picture, you can add a white border about the whole picture and have it in the regular size instead of just a square. just like this picture --->
- What are some of the best photo editing, video editing and video cartoon apps for the iPhone? I'm fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I'm just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I'm also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy". Any help is greatly appreciated!
- What are some good photo editing/graphic editing apps for iPhone? I already use bazaart, picsart, afterphoto and fontcandy for my graphics that I make on tumblr but I was wondering if there was anything out there more advanced? I tried the photoshop app but it's not that great to me. Any suggestions?
