For your problem, firstly, please do not add new data into it.
Secondly, if you have made a backup on iCloud, then you can log in your icloud ID in official web to check if the texts you want to recover has been backed up. If yes, then you can restore your iphone, bu tthis way will erase your current text in your iphone. If you can't find the deleted text on icloud, then you have to download a tool to recover your deleted text. If there's backup in iCloud backup, you can try restore your iPhone from the backup, but this is time consuming and your existed data will be replaced.
