How to remove a headphone jack stuck inside iPhone 5v?
A headphone jack is stuck inside the headphone port of my iPhone. But the thing is, I researched before and did the method of using Superglue to the tip of a cotton swab (Qtip) and stuck it inside the port. After a while, I pulled it out with force and now HALF of the cotton swab is stuck inside too. It's covering the whole headphone port and I don't know how to get it out! Will disassembling the back cover help or is there any other easier solution i could do?
Pushing out the stuck part from the inside is the only option you have now. So you will need to open the whole phone to have access to the headphone jack from the inside, removing the back cover is not enough to get this done.
Not sure but most likely you put too much glue and now the headphone jack is messed up and now need to be replace. Best to have it repaired by professionals.
- Somehow, a huge piece of the headphone jack got stuck in the headphone port, and I can't find any I think the headphone type is just a normal iPhone headphone. So ground, audio, mic and some of the plastic, or whatever it is, around it, got stuck in there, and it's not super deep, probably because it's almost the whole headphone jack, but it's still in there. Someone please help! I can't find anything! It's just the headphone jack tip that got stuck for everyone else! It's a laptop.
- Rice stuck in iPhone headphone jack? My phone got wet so i put it in rice, it works fine now but i can't use my headphones because there's rice stuck in the headphone jack!
