How to replace or fix the charging port in iPhone 5?

The pins are completely broken so I can't charge it or connect it to my computer does anyone know how I can fix this?

If you are still within the 1 year warranty on your phone then you can take it in to the Apple store and they will replace it cost free.

If your iPhone 5 is out of warranty, you can watch the charging port repair videos on YouTube to see whether you can replace it yourself. If you're sure you can, buy a new charging port online and change as videos. If not, you'd better ask help from repair shop.

  • Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
  • What is different of the new iPhone 5 charging port? Since the iPhone 5 has a new charging port that is smaller than the original, is the charging port the same as the Andriod charging port? Or is it completely different? I have an Andriod phone and I was wondering if I was able to get the iPhone 5, will I be able to use my Andriod chargers for the iPhone 5? What is different about the iPhone 5 charging port?
