How to restore ios 6.1.2 without updating?

Itz gsm and jailbreaken my iphone 4. How can i restore it keep same firmware.cydia, safari, map and calendar aren't working. Please please help

You must have known that once you choose to JAILBREAK your iPhone, weird stuff was going to happen, if you read all the warnings when you JailBroke it.

And, if you then chose NOT to UPGRADE to iOS 7, without doing your own "due diligence" first, you would have been warned NOT to try to Upgrade to iOS 7.

So, take your iPhone back to the Store where you bought it, and they will help you fix it, when they finish laughing. And, it won't be free.

Currently I'm using the iPhone 5s on iOS 8.3 I know if I were to update my phone to the latest OS I may notice some slowdown on my phone's performance, since it may not have the "muscle" to handle certain functions. Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?
