How to save battery on my iPhone on a long car ride?
Alright, so I'm going from Cleveland to Pittsburgh, and stopping for lunch in between, so figure about four and a half hours, then, I might be going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and then that night, I'm going to concert and waiting outside for two hours to get a good spot in the pit. The problem? I lost my car charger. My phone battery has been dying rather quickly and low power mode drains the battery quicker. Listening to music drains my battery pretty fast, too. I've turned location services off, I've turned anything that will drain my battery quickly off. Why does it keep running out? How do I save the battery for a long car ride?
Added (1). I can't afford one at the moment.
Added (2). Lmao, I won't die without it. I just want to make memories since this is my first concert, ever.
Buy a new car charger.
OMG, you may die without your phone.
Some battery saving strategies you can try:
1. During the trip listen to car's radio, not your phone.
2. Don't play any games on your phone.
3. Turn OFF your phone for 45 minutes of each hour. Turn it ON for 15 minutes to check msgs.
4. Review the apps that update themselves and delay the updates. For example: If your mail client updates every 10 minutes, change it to every 30 or 45 mins.
5. Delete apps you don't use or don't use very often.
6. If you haven't 'Rebooted' your phone recently, try that. Lots of things get reset at that time.
Either buy a charger that works off the car cigarette lighter socket, or simply turn off the iPhone. Learn to live without it like you did before you ever go it…
Keep your phone on airplane mode, there's nothing you can do about music draining quickly as far as i know, so the best thing to do is put your phone on airplane mode which shuts down all wireless connections and helps save ALOT of battery, and turn down your screen brightness to the lowest option.
- What to do when bored on a long plane ride? Me and my family are planning to go to Asia, I don't really mind, but the problem is, the plane is Really boring. What can I do to not be bored? I have a few ideas in mind. Listen to my iPhone, watch movies, play on my computer/nintendo ds… Anything else?
- What to do on a long plane ride? Well I'm going on a plane ride from Texas to Wisconsin and I'm not entertained very easily. Here are some of the items I have: laptop, IPhone, IPod, DS and my Pretty Little Liars books. Is there anything else I should bring? Also I'm kind of scared to go on a plane even though I have been on many. Is there anything I can do to ease my anxiety (I'm 13 so probably no pills or medications). Also I'm riding on American Airlines.

I can't play the radio that much, and i don't have an iphone or ipod anymore. Its going to be a little crouded in the car cuz i'm going with my 2 sisters and parents. I don't read that much.
