How to see what iCloud backed up?

So I have iCloud backing up my emails on my iPhone. How can I see or access the emails I backed up? I deleted a email and since iCloud is backing up my emails every night I was wondering if I can see my emails I backed up?

Try to get the desktop app and check using that. Not sure this will help.
