How to sleep early? Any ideas to sleep without thinking?

I'm sleeping really late these day like at 7 am! I want to sleep on 1pm or at least 3pm! Any ideas? Help! Btw i'm 18 (girl)! & i really spend alot of time thinking in my bed & scrolling through my iphone

Look up "sleep hygiene." First thing is to stop using your bed for anything other than sleeping and sex. Your body isn't going to relax if it thinks you're about to use your phone. That's part of a good sleep routine: no screens in your room.
