How to sneak an iPhone 5c through metal detectors?

I have an iPhone 5c, and I was wondering how I can sneak it through the metal detectors. Some girls sneak it in by putting it in their bras. I go to this really shitty school and they check EVERYTHING. Even our lunches ( on occasion ). I can't sneak it in through boots/shoes because they're starting to make us take them off. It's kind of important for me to bring my phone to school, just in case I need to contact my mom or something. 5c's seem to be plastic, but I'm not sure. A lot of my friends have the same kind of phone and sneak theirs in. I'd just really like to find out how I can do this without getting caught. And again, I can't sneak it in a lunch, or my shoes, or my bra. I don't want anything such as it's school and you should do your work. I don't use my phone during school. I'd only like it for emergencies. So serious answers only!

Put in a plastic bag, then put that in your pants. They also have these wallets that look like composition notebooks. It's my small composition notebook is all you hav 2 say. And b sure to put paper into the phone case if you buy it. Or tell your mom write a note or ask 1 of the girls who sneak theirs how they do it.

Are you in middle school? That seems extreme for a (high) school to ban having cell phones on property. It's not like you carry drugs in it or something. Myself, I'd just bring it in without hiding it and raise hell if they tried taking it without a good reason. But you're probably not willing to do that then. I don't see how they can sneak it through metal detectors in clothing, unless it's a really weak one because cotton doesn't negate metal. I don't know.

Trying sneaking it under a belt or something (if you wear belts) or carry it casually but also have something else that's metal (like a calculator or keychain) that they wouldn't mind having and pass it off as that's what set it off. But clearly you can't do that everyday. Or carry a metal water bottle and put your phone in it (no water in it w/ it obviously) and they'll get used to it.
