How to take a screenshot on iPhone 5?
So I've had 2 iPhone's prior to the iPhone 5, on each of them you could hold the sleep/wake and home button down to take a screen shot. However, I can't do this on my iPhone 5. I've even looked on how to use the accessibility feature to make a custom gesture for this, and it doesn't list the screenshot under favorites. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know a work around?
My iPhone 5 works exactly the same as my 3GS, not sure why yours wouldn't
This could be a software bug, as my iPhone 5 still takes screen shots using the sleep/home button method
That is simple and Hold down the Power button + Home button at the same time for two seconds. Your screen will flash white for a split second. Then that image will be save in your camera roll.
- Why can't I screenshot a snapchat on my iPhone? I know how to screenshot (press the power button and home button simultaneously) but whenever I do that, it takes me back to the main screen and takes a screenshot of all my other snapchats, even when I hold my finger on the picture at the same time as I hold the home button and power. I also already uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still isn't working, but it is showing up to other people as a screenshot. How do I screenshot the actual pictures?
- When I take a screenshot it doesn't go into my photos why? I have no clue where they go its just not working and I have enough memory because when I take pictures on my iPhone it goes right into my pictures but with screenshots it doesn't help!
