How to track running and jogging without Apple products?
I'm willing to spend money but I'm unwilling to buy an Iphone Ipad Ipod or any other Apple product.
Added (1). I need help because I don't want to invest with a company that uses intrusive policies?
People that buy into evil are the problem, but hey its trendy right?
To be honest, I really like music, and couldn't listen to it without?

- Why do people like apple products such as iphones and macbooks? IN terms of phones Androids are BY FAR the superior device and also why would you spend over $1000 dollars on a macbook pro when you can get a toshiba touchscreen laptop with 1000 gigabytes worth of storage for only $699? Seriously i would like to know.
- Where do you store your ipod/iphone when jogging, rowing, or lifting weights? Where do i buy an armband? Sportchek doesn't have any good ones and neither does walmart. Where else could i buy one from? (i'm in GTA, Ontario.Canada)
- What is the low, average and high jogging speed? I recently began a jogging routine. I jogg for 45 mins and usually have an average speed of 10 km/h (or so my iphone app says anyway). So is that a slow or medium speed or what? I know i should have my own rhythm, but i'm curious how fast is that compared to other joggers on average?
- Websites/iPhone apps for people starting out with jogging? I want to start getting into jogging/running so obviously I couldn't just go out and do a 10 mile run but I'm looking for a website or iPhone app (not ones that just track your run) that gives step by step builds up for increasing your running distance and stamina? Sort of like a basic training program. Any ideas?
