How to transfer contacts from iPad to iPhone?

I tried to sync my contacts to my computer, then from there to my phone, but I have a Windows computer and it will only sync my contacts to Windows Contacts, and I don't know what that is, how to use it, etc.
My contacts are on iCloud, so I think that means they should automatically transfer to my phone from iCloud. I'm signed in to iTunes on my phone, which, if I'm not mistaken, means I'm also signed into iCloud.

Are your settings on your icloud on phone on? Try pluging phone into computer while iclouds is on.

  • Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?
  • My contacts keep changing into my parent's contacts? I'm using my Dad's old iPhone 4, so it has all of his data. I cleared out everything that was his but I hate the part where each time my parent's add a new contact to their phone, everything syncs over to my contacts, so I'm scrolling down my list and see a new person I don't know but my parents do. Is there a way to change this?
  • I've been using an iPhone charger to charge my iPad have I damaged the iPad? Iv been charging my iPad with my iPhone charger to charge my iPad as I thought there was no difference between them and I could keep the iPad charger as a spare if I miss placed my iPhone charger but I read up that using the wrong charger could mess up the battery if been using the iPhone charger since I have got it iv had it for 5 months from new but today it seem to be taken to long to charge I'm now using the charger that came with the iPad and see how that goes
  • How to transfer iPhone Contacts to new iPhone if old iPhone is broken? I dropped my iphone and the screen turned black and I can't see anything. I still get messages and calls but I can't see them. I need to transfer my contacts but they are not on iCloud. What can I do?
