How to transfer music onto my iPhone from my laptop?

I have a Windows 7 laptop, and I've already tried downloading iTunes but it doesn't work at all on my laptop, and I've even tried downloading older versions of it and it still doesn't load. Is there any other way I can get music onto my iPhone 5c without iTunes?!

If iTunes not worked, you may try this alternative to iTunes. I always use it to upload music and videos to my iPhone 5s, it works fairly well. Hope it helps you.
