How to un think this about my classmate?

So I have a classmate (We rnt rlly friedns, but close aquaintances). Well I was talking to her today and I saw that her phone screen was like completely chattered (there were even a few wires showing). Well I asked her about it and she said she was going to get the new iphone in a week anyways. I didn't think anything of it at first, but then i thought what if she broke it intentionally to get a new phone? I mean she IS a Cheerleader, but she was different last year. I would never imagine her doing that. I'm trying to un see it because I think it probably just fell randomly but my brain won't accept tht explanation!

There's really nothing wrong with you thinking that. You could talk about it with your mom or siblings to get it out of your system…

I don't believe you can unsee things, but you can definitely cover your eyes. So cover them, distract yourself with other things.
