How to unlock my Verizon iphone 4s for use on straight talk?
I'm no longer under contract. Can is be done with the gevey? I don't want to waste money.

It is currently locked. I know I need to unlock it, but I do not know how to do that. Is it true Sprint does not give unlock codes, so it is impossible? If the old owner owes money on a Sprint account on that iphone, can it not be unlocked? Would it also need to be jailbroken or flashed? Or are those the same things as unlocking?
