How to upload photos from an iPhone 5C to an ASUS laptop?
My iTunes pops up when I plug in my phone, but it won't let me download my photos. When I first got my phone I could, but now I can't.
Of course, you can. If you mean the iPhone camera pictures, Connect your iPhone to computer through USB cable, and then open 'My computer', click on what should say 'Apple iPhone' (possibly have a picture of a camera next to it). And then go to folder 'Internal Storage -> DCIM -> 800AAAAA'. You should find all your pictures and videos that you recorded with your iPhone.

- Why does my laptop say there's nothing new to import when I try to upload my photos and videos? I have a Toshiba laptop with a Windows 10 software. Whenever I plug in my iphone to transfer my photos and videos to my laptop, it says that there are no new items found to import. In reality, there are about 2,000 photos and videos on my iPhone that aren't on my laptop. It's only some photos that this happens with though. Like all of the photos in 2013. Any photos more recent are able to be uploaded but not most of the photos from that time period. How can I fix this?
- Asus laptop stopped connecting to the wireless router? We know it is not the router because the HP Notebook works and our iPhones work. When Windows runs a detection for errors it reports none. We have unplugged everything a few times, have hit FN F2 nothing. The only message we get is to call a friend who might know how to fix it!

- New Asus laptop that keeps dropping internet connection? So I got a new lab top last week and i have had trouble with the Wi-Fi for some reason. It usually drops connection in one room of the house but it does in others also. I know I have a good signal bc iPad iPhone. What should I do? I have about a week if I want to return.
