How to use a soundboard on calls on IPhone 5c, no jailbreak or app?

I can't download anything to my iPhone 5c from the App Store so how do I play sounds in calls on my iPhone?

You can try being on loudspeaker but most apps won't allow sounds to be played whilst in a call. You could use an external device but quality will be bad and unrealistic, the best thing to do is to jailbreak.
