Hums and hiss in my pioneer Active Speakers?
I don't hear any hums and hiss when i connect my active speakers to my iphone using a 3.5mm jack, but with my desktop i hear hums and hiss from my active speakers. In order to get rid of these hums and hiss i had to disconnect the grounding wire (2 ohms) from the AC power-board. How do i get rid of these hums and hiss? I'm using Fii0 dac which connected to both the Active speakers via 3.5mm jack to dual xlr cable and the other end of the dac connects to the Pc via usb.
I have tried both ways, using the same power outlet and using two different power outlet, but it didn't work. Then i switched from my inbuilt soundcard to a superior usb Dac of Fii0 e10k but this also didn't work to eliminate the hums and hiss. The only things works like charm is when i play tracks using my iphone. And yesterday i noticed the same hums and hiss as i power on my computer and get into the Bios.

When I use it for Pandora, it doesn't skip, but when I plug my iPhone into it (or use the bluetooth connectivity) it will start playing a song for a while (usually around a minute and thirty seconds), and then I hear a whoosh, the song gets muffled, and it skips to the next song. What's up with this?
