I'm using iPhone 4 with ios 7.1.1 and want to downgrade to ios 7.1?

I have downloaded the ios 7.1 firmware from ipswhub and many other sites
but when i try restore my iphone to downgrade using mac
it displays this iphone is not eligible for this build or something like that
what should i do
