I bought a second hand iphone 4 from ebay but if my family find out?
They'll shout eventhough i bought it with my own money. How can i make sure the phone doesn't make any sound so i can hide it from them?
Keep it on silent. You got it from your own money. So I don't think that's a problem. Anyways it's just a phone not a grenade. Chill out

The top left side of the phone, flick the little button down so it shows orange. That's silent mode. Then go into settings, sounds, then turn vibrate off so it doesn't make any noise because in a drawer or on a table and even in a pocket the vibrate can be heard pretty loudly. Then scroll to the bottom and turn keyboard clicks off and lock sound off.
Flip the little corner switch and it makes it silent.

- I can't restore this iPhone i bought second hand I have this iPhone 5c that I bought second hand. But it has the new iOS update that won't allow you to restore it unless you log in with the iTunes it was set up with or take it off of the iCloud. The problem is I can't get in contact with the person I bought it from so I haven't been able to restore it! Is there any way I can restore the phone without the itunes log in and password? I really need help i spent all my money on this phone!
