I bought a stolen Iphone 6s, will I be arrested?
I bought a stolen iphone 6s that is not IMEI blocked or anything because the guy stole it from the store. I was wondering if i use it will it be all on me as the theif?
The phone is brand new never set up and now its activated under me. Will his company find the phone, IMEI block it and track me down? He is my friend and he stole it, I did not encourage him in anyway but he sold it to me and now I'm very scared
I would turn the phone into the police and tell them your friend stole it, and you purchased it so you could turn him in.
So you paid for it knowing that it was stolen? You are as guilty as him if you did that.

- I'm asking for a friend. She was paying for her adult sons iPhone 7 Plus device on the sprint network and he got arrested for hitting her? And is no longer allowed in the house. Long story short the police managed to confiscate the iPhone and gave it to her before he was arrested.
