You don't. That is unless you can find the original owner, who can get the phone un-blacklisted, by reporting it found. Grated this only works if they are still with that carrier and can prove they owned the phone.

- I can't restore this iPhone i bought second hand I have this iPhone 5c that I bought second hand. But it has the new iOS update that won't allow you to restore it unless you log in with the iTunes it was set up with or take it off of the iCloud. The problem is I can't get in contact with the person I bought it from so I haven't been able to restore it! Is there any way I can restore the phone without the itunes log in and password? I really need help i spent all my money on this phone!
