I bought something on ebay that I haven't received?
Basically I bought an iphone case on ebay about a month ago, I received a confirmation email and an additional email to say it was being shipped (it was being shipped from China, to America and then to Britain for some reason) since then I have heard nothing from the seller or ebay. I can't contact the seller because I bought it on a guest account and I can't find any of the emails and I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on this dilemma.

EBay deliveries from China often take at least a month-- sometimes as much as two. I fully respect the rights of these people to sell on eBay, but as an American I tend to set my eBay searches to "US Only" to filter these out. It's tempting, I know, because of the low prices, but I've found many of these low priced items shipped from China to be of reject quality as well.
It takes a long time to ship that far

- What should I do if I never received an item off ebay? My friend tried to buy an iphone off ebay, and paid but never received his phone. He emailed the seller who said they were out of stock and he would be refunded his money on his pay-pal account. He was never refunded his money. What should he do?
- What if I bought something on eBay and it's a mistake? I bought an iPhone, but I haven't read the discription and now I found out it was a donation. The title just said "iPhone 5 16GB Black", the condition New and only $100. But the discription said it is a donation for one. Can eBay give me a refund or do something for me?
- I've had an invoice for items that I haven't been paid for on Ebay? I put my iPhone on ebay and it was won by a bidder who then decided to do a U turn and not pay for it. I then re-listed the item thinking this was ok, which was then bought by another bidder, who two weeks on has still not paid, But has messaged me asking for my 'Paypal email' - dodgy to say the least. What do I do? We're talking like £50 here! Money I don't have!
- I suddenly have music on my iPhone that I haven't downloaded or bought? As the title says, I've go an U2 album in my phone and I have no idea how it got there?! It's so strange because I'm the only one with access to my iTunes account and I don't even have any credit card info linked to it. I've recently synchronized my phone with iTunes on my computer but I have never downloaded any U2 music so I don't know how it got there. Hope someone knows how this could've happened!
