I broke my iPhone 5c, not even a week (cracked) will they fix it for free?

My cell phone carrier is AT&T will they fix it for free.

If you have insurance on ir, you will have to pay the deductible, which is probably arojnd 100 bucks or so. There's usually a 2 week window where they will replace a defective device, but that is only for software problems and probably won't cover damage. It's worth asking though, you may get lucky.

No. They will not fix it for free. And it's going to be pricey. Around 125-150 for your carrier to fix.

  • Will they replace IPhone 5c after week? Just got the IPhone 5c less than a week ago and the screen cracked. Will they replace for free after less than a week?
  • WEEK OLD IPHONE 4 CRACKED SCREEN? Not even 1 week ago, I got a new iPhone 4 from the Apple store. I was sitting in my driveway and went to go pick up the phone when it slipped from my hand and landed face down on the pavement. I don't have insurance on the phone, but it is literally only 6 days old. I have never dropped an iPhone before and I've been a customer of Apple for 4 years now. Does anyone know what the outcome would be if I went to the Genius Bar and explained my situation?
  • My iphone 5 broke, will apple replace it even though it was discontinued? My iphone 5 broke, and since apple discontinued the iphone 5 would they give me a different phone or do they still make them for those who need replacements? I have insurance i'm just wondering whether it would be replaced or not.
  • IPhone 4 screen broke but not cracked? I think I dropped my iPhone a few weeks back, can't remember. There was no crack to the screen, but for the last week my screen has been like this: will getting a new screen fix this?
