You'd have to contact the original owner & get the Apple ID & password. No way around it. Hopefully you weren't scammed.

No biggie, I tried just resetting my questions like I've done in the past, but this time, the 'use a rescue email' button won't work. Whenever I clicked on it, it did nothing. I tried resetting my phone and after that didn't work, I got on my laptop and the same thing was happening. Any suggestions or fixes?

You see i enter into a plan with octo(iphone 4) the contract is still not over but i want to give it to my neice ( in exchange ill use her phone) but the iphone won't recognize her sim.
