I buyed a Iphone which is Apple ID locked so, If I delete all the files in the iphone and can I download new apps with new apple will it gona work? Will cel gona work perfectly with new id r I should change the software?

After you factory reset your phone, you can log in with a new id. Then using the data stores on iCloud associated with your Apple ID you can redownload everything without having to pay for the content, games, apps, etc again.

The cell will work perfectly fine. BTW, what do you mean by deleting data on the phone? You have to factory reset it from iTunes by attaching your iPhone to the computer.

If you want to change the ID associated with the device:

Settings > Store > Apple ID > Sign Out.

Is that phone stolen or something that you found? Well in that case the phone is mostly garbage. Apple with the idea that a user can't sell off their used phones to others(potential customers for Apple.Inc), did this gimmick. The only way the phone can be made usable again is if you have the original Apple ID and its password. In short the previous owner has to sell off his Apple account to you with the phone.

There are lots of sites of apple where you can get more help, but i think you should delete your previous id and take a new software for your mobile.

You see i enter into a plan with octo(iphone 4) the contract is still not over but i want to give it to my neice ( in exchange ill use her phone) but the iphone won't recognize her sim.
