I can't reset my twitter password, is it hacked?
Ok so my Iphone was recently stolen and I've had the thing for a while, my point is I had twitter on there and was always logged on, never had to log in, so I guess I forgot my password and when I tried resetting it, It showed me an email, it had the first word of my email, but the rest of the words including the "gmail" part of the email were in stars *, like when I type in the username under forgot password, it does end up finding my account when it asks "is this your account", but then it sends a link to this email, and then I don't even end up getting the email. This is my email thevikram124@gmail.com and this is what it looked like: Email a link to th**@g***.**

If you've added your mobile number to your account in your Mobile settings, you may receive a password reset via SMS/text message.
1. From the Forgot password? Page and enter your mobile number or Twitter username.
2. Select Reset via phone, if prompted.
3. Twitter will text you a six digit code that is valid for 15 minutes.
4. Enter this code on the web.
5. You will then be prompted to choose a new password.
No It is Not Hacked They Show the Stars Because They Don't Show The Full Email For Security Reasons

If its Not In Your Inbox Check your Junk/Spam Folder Sometimes Emails Get Mismarked as Junk

- Twitter SMS & Twitter App Mobile Notifications? I have and Iphone 4, currently up to date, etc etc. When I turn on mobile notifications on twitter I receive both the SMS/404-04 text notification and a push notification from my twitter mobile app. I would prefer to receive the notifications from my app only and not SMS. It would be easier to distinguish tweet from normal texts. Plus The SMS notifications leave my texts list messy. I can't figure out how to do this anywhere. Solutions?

And i use twitter.before i got my ohone i just had the twitter notifications to the people i was subscribed to sent to my phone. But i still use that but it sends me notifications too directly from twitter and i just want my texts. But how do i turn off the notifications without turning off my texts.
