I'd like to change/cancel my Vodafone contract, am I allowed?
The contract I have seems to be overpriced and half of the plan goes unused, would I be able to cancel early or change contract to either another plan or another network?
As the contracts for the iPhone 5 are cheaper than the options I have on a 4s by a decent margin.
However according to the Vodafone app I can't upgrade until 31/1/14 which is a long time with how much my monthly payments cost.
No you can't
the only way you can cancel is if you pay a termination fee. Which is calculated by, months left x monthly cost + £25
the other thing you can try is if you go to phones 4 you and say you want a contract buyout. What that is they will pay the termination fee to Vodafone and you will have to buy a contract from them. BUT they will only pay up to a certain limit for the termination fee.

- With 3 can I cancel my contract? Two days ago I took out a 24mth contract with 3 for an iPhone 4s but have just found out that the iPhone 5 is due for release in a couple of weeks can I cancel my contract and take out a new one for the phone 5!

I'm due an upgrade and was going to get an iPhone 5S as I'm not particularly bothered about the iPhone 6, mainly because it's so expensive. - IPhone contract problems/Vodafone? I got my iPhone 5 on the 9th November and I was currently on a contract before with my iPhone 4S. I received a new SIM card for my iPhone 5 but I'm keeping the same number to my iPhone 4S it had now been two days and my iPhone 5 still says no service. I went in on the 9th November to ask why this was and they said it would only be 24 hours. Has anyone had this problem before and then it starts working?
- If I cancel my Sprint contract? I know that if I cancel my sprint contract i have to pay a 350 ETF. However, when I was typing to the agent, he wouldn't tell me if the iPhone 4s will be unlocked after the contract is terminated. Can anyone tell me if my iPhone will be unlocked?
