Go to a real computer and get them from the trash.
You can get them from your back-up files that you made before "cleansing" your iPhone. After all, no one would ever clean out a phone without making copies of things they wanted to keep.

- My iPhone deleted all my notes. Can I get them back? I added a new email, after having a problem with the same one and I deleted it. After I added it back, all my notes were gone.
