What app was it?

Double press the Home button and close the app (select it in the list of open apps and swipe up with your finger).
After that, find the app icon on your SpringBoard, press and hold it with your finder until it starts shaking. Once you see a tiny cross on the icon, press it and when prompted, confirm you want to delete the app. That's in case you want to get rid of it.
