I got my iPhone 5c today, and it will not turn on for absolutely anything?
I've tried holding down the lock and home button, I've signed into iTunes, tried to search for the iPhone. Still, nothing. I'm not sure if I'm being stupid, or if I received this thing broken.

- My internet has been absolutely horrid lately, constant lag spikes. I've tried resetting the router and modem? I was wondering if the problem could be with a person in the household who uses 1 laptop, 2 desktops an iPad, iPhone all to play an app game called mobile strike, I'm wondering if his constant refreshing of the game on all those devices is why my bandwidth is garbage.
