I don't get what no-contract iphone means?
If I get the no-contract iphone 6 do I still have to pay a monthly fee or is it just that one payment upfront and then I don't have to pay for it every month.
When you buy the phone without a contract, then the phone is all you have. You still have to pay for service.
If you buy it with no contract, it means that you're not committed to a particular phone company or plan. You can decide to switch companies at any time, and you won't owe any early termination fees. You still have to pay for a monthly plan if you want cell phone service, but you should be able to find a better deal than you could with a contract.
